When Will My Order Ship?

Our current lead time is stated at the top of the description on each product page, and changes due to current order volume. Lead time is the time it will take for us to ship your order. It does not include the time needed for your order to get to you once it’s shipped. 

Occasionally, we offer Pre-Orders for items. All pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page, and an estimated ship date will be provided as well. 

Items are shipped via USPS at a flat rate depending on location. If you purchase multiple items together, they will all ship at this flat rate.

The flat rates are:

  • United States          $4.00
  • Mexico                    $12.00
  • Canada                   $15.00
  • Everywhere Else    $15.00

We will gladly ship items to APO, FPO, DPO addresses also.


Do You Ship To Japan, Brazil, France, etc...?

Yes! We ship items anywhere in the world. 

All International customers are responsible for paying any Duty, VAT, customs fees, etc...as designated by your country’s import regulations. This is not included in or a part of our shipping cost in any way.

Please do not ask us to mark gift or lower the value of the items on the customs forms. It is a federal offense to do so, and could result in you having to pay additional fees to claim the items. 

Will I Get A Tracking #?

Yes! All orders, including International orders, will receive a tracking # when the order ships. 

Tracking information is sent to the email you provide at checkout. Please double check all your information before submitting your order. 


I Put In The Wrong Address At Checkout! Help?

If you enter the wrong information at checkout, please get in touch with us immediately.

If WE make a mistake with the address, and the items are sent to the wrong place, we will take care of it and make sure you receive the items your ordered.

However, if you enter the wrong information at checkout and the items are sent, you will be asked to pay an additional shipping cost for us to resend the items to the correct address. 

Something Has Gone Wrong In Shipping, My Order Isn‘t Here!?!

We want you to receive the items you ordered! If something goes wrong while the order is in the hands of USPS, we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue, and get your items. Please get in touch with us by email.

Occassionally, an order will show “delivered” on the tracking info, but is not there. This is usually a mistake on the part of the USPS where the package was scanned, but not actually put in your box. In most cases, the items will be delivered the following day. If this happens, we ask that you wait an additional day or two to see if it arrives. If it’s still not there, please get in touch with us.


Why Is Everything SOLD OUT?

We are a small business, and make all of our products ourselves. Quality always comes before quantity! We will always give you the best product with no shortcuts.

Due to high demand at this time, we are unable to keep most items in stock.

Currently we do batch drops on non-stock items. We announce a date and time on Instagram ahead of the drop, and make the items available until they sell out. Our batch drops usually sell out quickly, so you’ll want to get there as close to the announced time as possible.

Can I use your pics and/or logos?

No. All images, product photos, and logos are protected by copyright and are the sole property of Citizen E Industries. They may not be used without our express written permission. 

On occasion, we may show photos that contain the logos or marks of other businesses. Citizen E Industries has been given permission to use these logos, marks, and images to produce a product or service on the behalf of these businesses. As such, all logos, branding marks, and pictures are protected by copyright, and the sole property of the clients of Citizen E Industries. They may not be used without the express written permission of said clients. 

If I sign up for your newsletter will you sell my info or bombard me with useless emails?

No. All information provided to us through this website is protected, and will never be sold to another party. The email address you provide by signing up for our newsletter will only be used to send you updates or announcements on new products and drops. You will never receive an email from us more than once a month.
